3. Are you affiliated with the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)?

While we are not directly affiliated with AHA or ARC, our curriculum is built to meet or exceed the standards outlined by AHA, ARC, and ILCOR. This ensures our certifications can be accepted by most employers, schools, and healthcare organizations.

4. Do your courses include hands-on practice?

Yes—our courses are hands-on and interactive. You’ll practice with real equipment like mannequins, AED trainers, and medical kits to build confidence and muscle memory in emergency response skills.

5. Can you come to our location for training?

Absolutely. We offer mobile training and will come to your workplace, church, or community center anywhere in Pennsylvania. On-site training is ideal for groups, families, or organizations looking for convenience and customization.

6. What’s the difference between ReadyPoint and an EMS company?

We’re not an emergency medical service provider—we’re a prevention and training company. EMS arrives after an emergency. We train people to act before help arrives. Our goal is to empower civilians to stabilize situations and potentially save lives in that critical gap.

7. Who can take your courses?

Anyone age 12 and up. We train individuals, families, teachers, businesses, medical professionals, and preparedness-minded citizens. No experience necessary—just a willingness to learn.

8. What kinds of courses do you offer?

We offer CPR/AED certification, basic first aid, Critical Bleed Response Training. Instructor certification programs are also available.

9. How long does certification last?

Our CPR certifications are valid for two years, consistent with national standards. Refresher courses are available and encouraged to keep your skills sharp.

10. Do you help businesses develop Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)?

Yes. ReadyPoint offers customized Emergency Action Plans for businesses, schools, and organizations. We assess your site, identify risks, and develop easy-to-follow procedures for fire, medical, active threat, and other emergencies. Our goal is to ensure your team knows exactly what to do—before chaos hits.
